To further strengthen account security, Hotcoin has recently upgraded its login password requirements. Please update your login password promptly. As part of this upgrade, additional security measures have been applied to certain users, particularly those who have used the same password for an extended period. The system will automatically prompt affected users to select “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to set a new password.

Please note:

1. After resetting your password, you can log in with your new password and use all account features as usual.

2. When creating a new password, please follow the requirements shown on the page. You cannot reuse any of your previous Hotcoin passwords.

3. If you cannot access your Google Authenticator codes or have forgotten your linked phone number, please contact our online customer support team for assistance with resetting your verification methods.

4. Only reset your password through the official Hotcoin app or website. Never share your login password, verification codes, or Google Authenticator secret key with anyone.
